We're kicking off 2020 with a new and improved Super Smooth Club!
The Super Smooth Club has been in existence since what we like to call "The Basement Days" of Simple Sugars, or in other words the very beginning when it was just Lani and Gina in a small basement room in their house. We kept track of everything manually and well, let's just say it wasn't the most sophisticated system but the purpose was the same. To show our loyal customers that they matter to us a whole lot.
Then came "The Shark Tank Days" and you all know the changes that brought were pretty epic and it quickly became apparent that the manual spreadsheet method of tracking and rewarding our loyal customers was going to have to change pretty epically as well. So, we enlisted a software developer to create an app that would automate much of the process and it was a huge step up for the Super Smooth Club.
Well, that was over 6 years ago and now it's time to make another change. Starting this month we're going to be administering the Super Smooth Club in house again. But don't worry! We're not going back to the spread sheets. We're just going to have more control over the program and that's a good thing because The Super Smooth Club and all of you that are in it are VERY important to us.
The changes aren't major and here's what they mean to you:
1) We're eliminating the log-in to check your status and rewards.
Instead, you'll receive an email at the beginning of each month updating you on your current status, your active rewards, and your progress towards the next level. So you'll get all the same information, but it will come to you automatically instead of you having to remember yet another log-in and having to find it yourself.
2) Rewards will be delivered when they're earned instead of once a month.
This will make it easier to keep track of when you've earned a reward and will eliminate the banking. In essence, every time you spend $100 you'll get a reward. This is consistent with our philosophy of simple is always better :)
Now as with all new things, this is going to take a little getting used to and there are bound to be some minor glitches initially, so we're asking for your understanding and patience as we get up the learning curve together. Rest assured we will be keeping a close eye on things and should an issue arise we will take care of it and make sure you don't lose any benefits.
