"His legs cleared up"

My son is nine months old and he has very mild eczema on the back of his legs behind his knees. After watching an older episode of shark tank this product caught my attention. Our pediatrician told us that we should apply hydrocortisone twice a day along with vaseline. I didn’t like the idea of applying medication to him daily.
